Passionate of the art of cooking early in his youth, he always dreamt of opening his own restaurant and express himself through cooking. At only 20, he decided to take off for a world tour to his culinary technique and knowledge. After a few years alongside starred chefs, he eventually got seduced by Asian cuisine. Back in France, he turned his dreams into reality by opening his first restaurant at the age of twenty-four. Finalist of the prestigious TV show " TOP CHEF" in 2013, he had the chance to expose his modern and fine touch to the world. This young chef showed his Provencal influences and revisited its classics.
Moreover, we can easily state that his inspiration resides in the diversity of products located in his region. Indeed, he exclusively works with local producers, and conceives his menus with respect to the seasons. That is the reason why he renews his menu every two weeks, getting premium quality products. Creative, and wise of his past experiences, he merges different textures and original flavours.
He is now the owner of two restaurants, and one bakery in which in his vision of cuisine is finely exposed.
