Pierre Reboul is born in Gap, where he learned the basics of cooking. Pierre Reboul has worked with the greatest figures of French cuisine: Michel Chabran, Jacques Pic. Michel Rostang offers him, at the Absinthe in Paris, his first place as Chef.
The opportunity for Pierre Reboul to discover a cuisine he wants in his image: singular, astonishing, energetic and generous ...In 1996, he left the capital to find the "Drôme", where everything began at the Chef Chabran, and officiate in the kitchen of the Left Bank at Tain l'Hermitage. The audacity that characterizes him is reflected in the dishes he imagines: between the desire to surprise and search for the perfect harmony of tastes, flavors and textures. Passionate chef and curious traveler, he then goes to discover Saint-Rémy-de-Provence (Vallon de Valrugues), then Aix-en-Provence, where he opens his gastronomic restaurant, first in the center town, now in the Château de la Pioline, Provençal building of character sheltered in a park of 4 hectares.
